Avantium completes IPO and heads for first commercial plant to produce FDCA
In the Netherlands, Avantium completed its highly-anticipated initial public offering, raising $109.5M (€103M) via the sale of 9,401,793 shares at $11.70 (€11) per share, giving the company a market capitalization of $294M (€277M).
