New York state sues Pepsico for packaging pollution

Local authorities are finally waking up. Initially, I wouldn't have approved of this option; but almost 6 years after the Chinese wake up call we haven't moved an inch forward so now comes the time to try something different. Pepsico cannot say the packaging doesn't belong to them, their brand name is written on the packaging.
