- Sep 2016 – Operational launch of the joint venture Carbiolice between Carbios, Limagrain Céréales Ingrédients et the SPI operated by BpiFrance. First license agreement valued 8 M€
- Nov. 2016 – Grant of a key patent in China on CARBIOS enzymatic biodegradation process of PLA

- June 2017 – TechnipFMC and CARBIOS sign a contrat on PET enzymatic biorecycling

- October 2017 – L’ORÉAL and CARBIOS sign agreement to jointly found consortium for bio-recycling of plastic on industrial scale
- Nov. 2017 – Free allocation of redeemable stock warrants for the benefit of shareholders of the Company
- Nov. 2017 – Carbios wins EuropaBio’s 2017 Most Innovative European Biotech SME Award in the Industrial Biotech category.
- Nov. 2018 – Carbios and Kem One sign a Letter on Intent to implement a PET recycling demonstration plant in the French Chemical Valley.
- Janv. 2019 – CARBIOS and Toulouse White Biotechnology (TWB) receive €7.5 million of funding from the Investments for the Future Program operated by ADEME
- Janv. 2019 – CARBIOS and CARBIOLICE enter into a joint-development agreement with Novozymes for long-term supply of PLA degradading enzymes.
- June 2019 – Successful 14.5 million euros accelerated bockbuilding capital increase
- Jan. 2020 – Carbios enters Joint Development Agreement with Novozymes for the production of Carbios’ proprietary PET-degrading enzymes
- Feb. 2020 – Carbios announces strategic alliance with the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Toulouse (INSA). The cooperative laboratory, called “PoPLaB” (Plastic Polymers and Biotechnologies), is the culmination of seven years of scientific collaboration.
- April 2020 – Carbios announces the publication of an article on its enzymatic recycling technology in the prestigious scientific journal Nature.
- April 2020 – Carbios and TechnipFMC to build demonstration plant for depolymerization of waste PET plastics to monomers.
