Message from BASF CEO, Martin Brüdemuller
The images from the earthquake in Turkey and Syria are shocking.
In addition to alleviating the immediate suffering caused by this natural disaster, people need our help for reconstruction.
We have therefore set-up a two-stage support.
On Wednesday we announced an immediate disaster response of €500,000.
In addition, we are now launching an employee donation campaign for the benefit of #BASFStiftung.
BASF will further contribute by doubling the amount donated by employees.
Our thoughts are with the victims and their families and all those affected. We hope to be able to make a helpful contribution to mitigate the suffering with these fundraising campaigns.
