Coffee Pods and Tea Bags can Now be Placed in Organic Waste Containers in the Netherlands

Although some may have been doing it for years - secretly or otherwise - it is now officially allowed: throwing away coffee pods and tea bags with the vegetable, fruit and garden waste (VGFT). This will add tens of millions of kilos of compost on an annual basis, the industry expects.
