Thank you for your reply. I appreciate your responsiveness.
Please do not take it personally and allow me to give you some context: ENI is suing me (SLAPP, strategic lawsuit against public participation) on civil and criminal charges because I have publicized their cartel judgment. They’re doing this to NGOs and climate activists too.
Please allow me to ask the following question:
Is the EIB aware that the ENI is trying to sell all of its bio-based business, Verslis and Novamont? One of the potential buyers is a shady African investment fund. Did you know about this?

The questions I raised remain highly relevant, particularly in the interest of ensuring transparency within the often opaque policies of the European institutions. Please understand that I speak on behalf of millions of EU citizens who feel increasingly excluded by this “European nomenclature,” which continues to allocate vast amounts of taxpayer money to large corporations and even to organisations with questionable integrity—entities that already generate billions in profit.
