Bioplastics Referred to as a niche

Bioplastics is currently referred to as a niche in contradiction to the past when it was referred to as the next disruption. Many reports are exaggerating the current potential and production capacity of Bioplastics. It's also not a profitable industry as there's no money in bioplastics.... besides subsidies.
