Borregaard Lignin Supplier Request Liquidation
The Board of the Sniace Group, Borregaard’s partner and supplier of lignin raw material to the jointly owned company LignoTech Ibérica, informed the Madrid Stock Exchange Commission yesterday of its intention to apply for liquidation of the company and its subsidiaries.

Borregaard Invests in Research on Biocomposites
Innovation Norway has allocated NOK 17 million for research and development of fiber composites at Borregaard and Norske Skog Saugbrugs. The parties will work to develop a new type of bio composite that may include furniture, packaging and car interiors.
