Chinese did it again. Europe spent billions in researching how to convert food crops into plastic. Chinese converted seawater into bioplastics for less than 5 million €. I suspect fraud, connivence and nepotism relating to the EU Horizon program…. or maybe it’s just flagrant incompetence.
