Let me remind you what happened …. ENI lawyers threatened me with civil and criminal proceedings…. because I made too much noice about their unfair commercial practices in Italy and abroad.
The lawyers have been quiet for some days now. Unfortunately, they woke up the dragon and the dragon can’t go back to sleep.
I wanted to keep the dragon in his wintersleep because the dragon consumes lots of time and ressources when he’s on the move.
What will the dragon do now?
Maybe, I should reach out to retailers to see what is their opinion on the fact that one of their plastic bag supplier has been involved in unfair commercial practices?
I was told that retailers do not like suppliers that have been involved in unfair commercial practices … it has to do with the corporate responsibility thingy.
