Nathan’s first encounter with Belgian justice happened a few years ago when he gave away the names of students who killed one of theirs (the Sanda Dia case) during a sadistic ritual called the ‘doopsel‘ (Baptise) performed by cult-ish students organisations called ‘Kringen‘ (Circles). None of the Circles students were sanctioned for killing a 20 year old individual during an illegal Baptise but Nathan was punished and got a prison sentence for giving away two or three names on his Youtube channel. The Justice condemned Nathan with a prison sentence but didn’t execute the sentence … so he went home with a criminal record while none of the Circles students got a criminal record.
His second encounter is now with a Justice decision that removes his ability to function and to be integrated in society. His right to work. This sentence is an infringement on his universal right to work. The reason? Nathan gave away the name of a 20 year old student who was declared guilty of raping a girl but didn’t receive any punishment or sanction.
I see an injustice here. The Belgian Justice system seems to have become a dystopian class-system leviathan. It’s our civil duty to say that ….. We should protect the freedom of speech in Belgium and support Nathan aka Acid2 to be forgiven immediately.
Let me be clearer. The problem in this case is that Nathan, Sanda Dia and the girl who was raped are working class people. Their names are published in the press. The sadistic Circles students, the rapists and the courts are Bourgeois. Their names aren’t published in the press. It’s a schoolbook example of a class system.
To some degree it’s a disgrace for Belgium to silence one of its most talented individual who speaks up for other people. Nathan should be praised and encouraged for his noble intentions…. to help another working class fellow of being crushed by the bourgeois institutions. The problem is not that the institutions are bourgeois, the real problem is that their decisions are biased in the advantage of the bourgeoisie.
You may argue that Nathan’s a bad influence for the youth but what should we say about the movies, video games or the music industry? Shouldn’t they been banned of doing their jobs in Belgium? No. So why is Nathan? Nathan published the names of criminals? Well the main stream media published the names of the victims. Are they sanctioned for this? Do the victims in Belgium have no privacy rights while the criminals have?
