Danimer Scientific, Inc. (NYSE: DNMR) (“Danimer” or the “Company”), a leading, next-generation bioplastics company focused on the production of biodegradable materials, is pleased to announce that Dr. David Moody and Mr. Richard Altice have been appointed as members of Danimer’s Board of Directors.
