Sainsbury’s replaces Plastic with cardboard trays

More and more companies are switching from plastic to paper / cardboard. It's not always to do with LCAs and 'real' carbon footprints but more with consumer perception. However, the paper / cardboard industry haven't done the best job in grabbing this opportunity.
