Effect of adding nano-materials on the properties of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) edible films
The bio-composite films based on Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) reinforced with silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) and Titanium oxide nanoparticles (TiO2-NPs) were developed.
