At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) on 20 December 2019, Avantium’s shareholders unanimously endorsed the appointment of Edwin Moses as a member of the Supervisory Board until the end of the Annual General Meeting in 2023.
Subsequently, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Edwin Moses as its Chairman, succeeding Mr. Kees Verhaar.
