TIPA France Hires New Sales Director

Jean-Pierre Rakoutz will be responsible for developing the sales of the Israeli company specializing in bioplastics.

After receiveing $ 25 million in funds, Tipa is strengthening its commercial base in European countries.

The bioplastics producer announces the appointment of Jean-Pierre Rakoutz as commercial director for France.

This is a new post. He’s 46 years old, trained at the Neoma Business School in Rouen and Emory University in Atlanta (United States), he has over twenty years of experience in the sale of consumer products and packaging.

Circular economy

He’s familiar with recycling and circular economy because he worked for Trinov, a start-up specializing in the performance management of waste producers and for Suez in France.

He also worked for Smurfit Kappa, Mondelez, Cadbury and Hollywood.

Based in Paris, he will be in charge of reinforcing Tipa’s presence on the French market.

Tipa manufactures flexible packaging from materials partly derived from renewable resources. Its products are compostable.
