Middle East oil flows have recovered to around 80% of pre-war levels, according to Shell CEO Wael Sawan. The improvement suggests some normalization in regional exports, but supply remains below previous levels and markets are still exposed to geopolitical disruption. Shell continues to monitor shipping, production and refining conditions as energy markets remain tight and volatile.
