Vietnam’s BSR has signed a framework agreement with ExxonMobil Asia Pacific to supply crude oil to the Dung Quat refinery. The deal is intended to diversify feedstock sources, reduce dependence on traditional suppliers and strengthen supply security. Dung Quat can process dozens of crude grades, giving Vietnam greater flexibility as it expands and modernises its refining system.
