Chinese insights on whether oil is a fossil ressource

One of the most persistent conspiracy theories surrounding the fossil oil industry is the claim that oil isn’t a fossil resource at all.

Now, China appears to be jumping on that bandwagon.

And what about the EU? Instead of taking a clear position on issues that matter, it seems more occupied with harassing bioplastic bloggers.

Major oil, chemical, and plastics corporations have an enormous environmental footprint. The EU should have been among the first to address these concerns and provide leadership. Instead, it is conspicuously absent from the debate—perhaps too busy playing cards in the cafeteria.
