EU Commission in the middle of Green Deal and Circular Economy corruption scandal (FREE)

I’m writing about this major EU bribing scandal because main stream media are not covering the story. The EU Commission likes to point fingers at other countries, but should look in the mirror first.

In short

The EU commission gave 1 billion EUR of public funds to green NGOs and lobbyists to promote the policies of the EU Commission.

Let me rephrase this: The EU commission bribed NGOs who on their turn paid mainstream media to create a false narrative of popular support for the EU Commission’s Green and Circular policies.

Ex NL Commissioner Frans Timmermans is in the middle of the storm: he’s the brain and executioner of this mega scandal.

In my opinion, this bribing scandal is the top of the iceberg; there’s more going on underneath the surface.

EU SUPD Directive, OXO and Ellen MacArthur Foundation

Let me add a couple of other related topics …

The EU SUPD has been stained with the corruption of Italian MEPs, who were paid by Italian oil companies and German chemical companies.

The initial purpose of the EU Single Use Plastic Directive (EU SUPD) was to solve the problem of the ‘plastic continents’ in the ocean.

The main solutions offered by the EU SUPD was to ban plastic straws, plastic cocktail stirrers, plastic earbuds … and OXO bioplastics who was a competing technology than the one offered by the Italian and German companies. Read more: The Anti Oxo History
