Mrs. Haaijer (a Dutch national) brings extensive experience in senior global leadership roles in multinational companies.
Among others, she was President and CEO of DSM Food Specialties and President of DSM Personal Care at Royal DSM.
She was CEO of Philips AVENT and VP Corporate Strategy for Royal Philips Electronics. Prior to that Mrs. Haaijer was active as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.
Currently she is Supervisory Board member at Royal Boskalis. Mrs. Haaijer has an international career and lived in several other countries besides The Netherlands.
The Supervisory Board is pleased that Mrs. Haaijer will further strengthen its expertise with her in-depth knowledge of the global food and ingredients industries and her appointment will also further enhance the diversity of the Board.
Subject to approval by the AGM, the appointment of Mrs. Haaijer will be effective as of the end of the AGM that will be held on 11 May 2020.
